1. Who this covers

This policy explains what information robmontana.com (the "Site") collects, how we use it, and your choices. The Site is operated by Rob Montana Productions ("we", "us"). The Site is for adults 18 and older only.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email us at privacy@robmontana.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. If we add a contact form to the Site, this policy covers the information you submit through it in the same way. Please do not send us government ID or explicit images unless we have asked for them as part of an arranged production.

Information collected automatically. The Site is hosted on Squarespace. We use Squarespace Analytics to see how the Site is used, for example which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, and the type of device and browser used. Squarespace may collect technical data such as IP address to operate and secure the Site and to produce these statistics. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. See our Cookie Notice.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run a store or a newsletter on the Site.

3. How we use information

  • To run, secure and improve the Site;
  • To reply to your emails;
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to follow the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • service providers that help us run the Site, such as Squarespace (hosting, site tools and analytics) and our email provider;
  • authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety or the Site;
  • a buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or reorganized.

5. How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond and for our records. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Squarespace Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 6).

6. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email privacy@robmontana.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner and manage cookies in your browser.

7. Security
