1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website, robmontana.com (the "Site"), is operated by Rob Montana Productions ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Adults only

The Site contains adult material. You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and it is legal for you to view adult material where you are. If you are under 18, or if adult material is not legal where you are, you must leave the Site now. We may block access to anyone we believe is not eligible.

3. About the Site

The Site is a personal and promotional site for performer Rob Montana. It includes adult photos and trailers, shown only behind our 18+ gate, and links to third-party platforms such as OnlyFans and JustFor.Fans, where more content is offered under those platforms' own terms. Where it fits, content produced by us is credited "Produced by: Rob Montana / RobMontana.com," and content distributed by a distributor is credited "Distributed by: Vision X / VisionXFlix.com." Everyone who appears in our productions is an adult who agreed to take part. If you have a concern about consent or a person's age in any content, email us right away at legal@robmontana.com.

4. Our rights in the Site

The Site and everything on it, including videos, photos, text, graphics, logos and the name "Rob Montana," belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable permission to view the Site. You may not copy, download, record, repost, sell, scrape or redistribute our content, or use it to train automated systems, without our written permission.

5. Rules for using the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site if you are under 18 or not legally allowed to view adult material;
  • let a minor access the Site through your device or account;
  • break any law, or send or link to anything illegal;
  • harass or threaten anyone, or share another person's private information;
  • send us content showing anyone without their consent, or anyone under 18;
  • try to hack, overload or interfere with the Site, or get around the age gate or other protections;
  • use bots or scrapers to collect content or information from the Site;
  • pretend to be someone else.

6. Messages you send us

If you email us, you are responsible for what you send. You give us permission to use your message to respond to you and to run the Site. Please do not send us explicit images of yourself or anyone else, or government ID, unless we have asked for them as part of an arranged production.

7. Third-party sites

The Site links to other websites and services, such as OnlyFans, JustFor.Fans, distributors and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, prices or privacy practices. Any purchase or subscription you make on another platform is governed by that platform's terms.

8. No guarantees

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limit on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total responsibility to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Your responsibility to us

You agree to be responsible for losses we suffer because you broke these Terms or the law while using the Site.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including if we think you broke these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

We will try in good faith to work it out with you informally. If we cannot, either of us may pursue the remedies the law allows.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the "Effective date" will change. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the update.
